At Riverbend Rentals, we do our very best to keep all of our rental homes safe, secure, and up-to-date on all maintenance issues.
If you have any maintenance concerns, please log into your tenant portal and submit a maintenance request online.
When emergencies arise, such as no heat during the winter or no water, tenants need to contact the management office immediately at (715) 225-4200. If your emergency is after hours, you can reach maintenance or our Office Manager using the menu options. Please remember that these numbers are ONLY to be used in emergency situations.
While your situation may seem like an emergency, we can resolve most issues immediately the next business day. A hot day without air conditioning may be uncomfortable, an evening without hot water may be inconvenient, and a toilet that doesn’t flush may feel like an emergency, but these can all be handled the following day.
When you call and select “emergency maintenance” or “after-hours emergency,” your call will immediately connect to one of the staff’s personal cell phones. If the call is a non-emergency matter, tenants will be charged $25 per occurrence, so please use your best judgment prior to calling this line.
Heat outages in the winter, no water, substantial water leaks, and septic backups are always emergencies. Always call 911 for a medical or fire emergency.
